DELIVERY DESIGN
General specifications for printed cups should be sent to MICROENVASES in a digital format. To speed up the process and avoid errors, we recommend customers or designer/agency client to communicate with the graphic Department of MICROENVASES before sending the design. The design must be sent to us flat and not curved. The design must be delivered by the agency/client/designer via e-mail, cd/dvd; printed sheets only serve as a reference design to be created. The design must be created and delivered to us in any of the following formats:
Platforms:
Windows PC / Macintosh

• Adobe Illustrator • Adobe Photoshop • Corel Draw • Freehand
If any design is created in another program not specified above please contact our Art and Design Department for special instructions.
For customers who do not currently have a design, we as a desirable option provide design creation service; we recommend contacting our graphic Department to speed up the design creation process.
Please do not send designs in low resolution JPEG/TIFF format; bitmap drawings must be in PSD (Photoshop) and have a minimum of 300 dpi, with editable layers. The vector designs must be fully editable with text converted to curves or sent fonts (fonts types) used in the enclosed design
Color Design
All design sent to us must have a specified color pantone code. If the client doesn´t count with specific pantone code in its design, we recommend contacting your agency/designer so they can provide it. Likewise we have updated pantone color cards to provide customer specific color codes. Every design must be handed over in CMYK, not RGB colors, (this applies only when isn´t in use pantone colors with specific code).
